Abstract

[Also in Division G1] In a liquid level system for use with a pressurized fluid container, such as a cryogenic fluid container; comprising a. differential pressure gauge 1 connected at one side through a gas.. phase line 2 to the upper end of the container 1 and on the other side via a liquid phase line and a screw-down stop valve 5 to the lower end of the container 1, a by pass line 6 connecting the gas phase line 2 to the liquid phase line 4 via a screw-down stop valve 7, the arrangement is such that a common actuating member 8 ensures that one of the valves 5 or 7 is open at all times.
