Bakers' ovens.-In a drawplate oven, a chamber is provided within the oven, between the upper and under steam pipes or other heating means thereof, comprising an auxiliary ceiling or top a', with depending sides and back, adapted to form, along with the drawplate or other sole b, a closed chamber within the oven, means such as a flap or door a<4> being provided at the front for the insertion and removal of the bread. The top of the chamber may be composed of tiles, composition slabs, or the like, and the drawplate sole may also be formed of tiles. Holes for the escape of moisture may be provided in the top and sides of the inner chamber. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 24278/93, [Class 28, Cooking &c.].
