1,144,729. Icing powders. J. F. GAUGHAN. 25 Oct., 1967, [25 Oct., 1966], No. 48582/67. Heading A2B. A powdered icing composition comprising 0.6 to 3.0% by weight flaked albumen and icing sugar sufficient to make the composition up to 100%. The composition may also comprise 0.625 to 5.0% bleached corn flour or 0.5 to 1.5% tricalcium phosphate, 0.15 to 0.90% gum arabic or acacia, and 0.035 to 0.84% tartaric acid.
