Abstract
1,141,692. Spray-producers. MOLEKULARZERSTAUBUNG MEISSEN VEB. 25 Feb., 1966, No. 8329/66. Heading B2F. A spray producer suitable for use in spray drying apparatus comprises a disc 16 which is mounted on the end of a shaft 13 rotated by a motor 1 via pulleys 3, 4, a belt 9, an outer member 10 coupled to the pulley 4, and an inner coupling member 12 which is secured to the said shaft. The member 12 is engaged by the member 10 frictionally or geometrically, i.e. by cooperating teeth. The member 4 is mounted on bearings 5, 6 on a bush 8 which is secured to a casing 7 for the apparatus.
