A carton has a top panel 24 to which closure flaps 25, 26 are hinged, and parallel tear lines 27, 28 extending across panel 24 and to the free edges of flaps 25, 26 to facilitate opening and conversion to a tray. Ventilation holes (not shown) may be punctured in e.g. panels 18 and 19.
