In the Portland cement substitute claimed in claim 1 of the parent Specification 1,069,657 the accelerator is an inorganic fluoride, instead of chloride, particularly calcium fluoride, magnesium silico-fluoride, zinc silico-fluoride or a mixture thereof, in an amount 0.1-1.5% of the total weight of the mix.
