111,183. Herbert, A., and Kelway, G. Dec. 4, 1916. Work-holders.-In a work-holder for grinding machines &c., of the kind comprising a base-plate A, a carrier plate B pivoted thereto, means for clamping the work on the carrier, and means for clamping the carrier at the desired angle against an adjustable block inserted between the plates A. B, the carrier B has a roller J at its free end to engage adjusting-blocks placed on a machined surface K on the plate A. The work is registered against a stop-pin H and a lateral projection I.
