In an inspection chamber, coal bunker or other like building structure consisting of concrete units 10 with rounded internal and external corners Fig. 1, each unit upper and lower face is rabbeted in a complementary manner for proper seating of adjacent units 10. A crown unit 14 has a detachable cover 15 seated in an aperture therein. There is a semi-circular outlet at the foot of the lowest unit. In a modification Fig. 4 the top unit has one or more inclined walls, such as 20, 21 so that the lower structural portion has units 10 of greater surface area. Superimposed iron stirrups are embedded in one vertical wall.
