Bicycles.-A child's bicycle adapted to be propelled by the rider in a standing position has a frame a consisting of a single straight tube with a short head-piece, a steering-pillar c carrying a small wheel b being mounted in the head-piece, and a small driving-wheel f mounted in a fork e at the rear. The driving-gear consists of footlevers i provided with internal or external racks h which drive the road wheel either directly through free-wheel pinions or indirectly through intermediate toothed speed gearing n including a pair of free-wheel pinions. Supports l are provided for the foot-levers.
