Abstract

1,069,575. Container closures; opening containers. MAUSER KOMM.-GES. Aug. 10, 1964 [Aug. 8, 1963], No. 32405/64. Headings B8D and B8T. A cover 2 is non-removably secured by the rim 1 of an oil can, and includes a frusto-conical spout 3 closed by a portion 4 with notches 5 so that the part 6 can be torn off by a pull tab 7. A projection 8 within the spout detachably secures a removable closure 10 provided with a pull tab 11. The can may be of plastics material.
