1,036,730. Endless conveyer belts. GEORGE LANE & SONS Ltd. Oct. 4, 1963 [Oct. 16, 1962], No. 39029/62. Heading B8A. An endless conveyer belt is formed from a series of wire mesh panels 4. Adjacent panels are interconnected by the provision of interconnecting wire helices 9, 10, 9, additional transverse wires 8, 8, and a transverse bar 11. The ends of the bar 11 may support a conveyer chain. In a modification (Figs. 3 and 4, not shown), the bar 11, one wire 8, and one helix 9, are dispensed with. In another modification (Figs. 1 and 2, not shown), the panels 4 are coupled directly by a single helix 9.
