Abstract

1,022,636. Hinges. CASA WOLF S.A. Sept. 11, 1962 [Sept. 15, 1961], No. 34674/62. Heading E2F. A one-piece hinge of synthetic plastics comprises two leaves pivoting about a web at reduced thickness formed by a straight V- section recess between the leaves. The hinge may have more than two leaves and corresponding pivot webs, and the leaves may be of unequal widths. Injection moulding of polystyrene is described; materials such as high or low density polyethylene; polypropylene or vinyl containing plastics with added plasticisers are mentioned.
