L’invention concerne un boitier de relais d’accessoires pour une turbomachine comprenant un carter fixe, au moins un arbre (17) mobile en rotation autour d’un axe, un ensemble d’étanchéité dynamique (19) monté entre le carter et l’arbre (17) mobile, ledit ensemble d’étanchéité (19) comprenant un élément principal annulaire (22) monté sur l’arbre (17) et comportant une face d’appui (24) coopérant avec une face d’appui complémentaire (25) de l’arbre (17), ledit élément d’étanchéité (22) comprenant une gorge (26) radialement interne dans laquelle est monté un joint annulaire (27).
