Abstract
L’invention concerne un élément de renfort pour façades préfabriquées constitué d’un talon (1) réalisé au moyen de fers pliés formant une armature sensiblement rectangulaire, qu’on positionne à la base du bâtiment à réaliser pour former une ceinture périphérique et un chaînage isolé coulé en même temps que le mur (11) préfabriqué. Le talon (1) est solidarisé à un dallage porté (4) et à un mur (11) par l’intermédiaire d’aciers (2) qui sont logés dans des boites d’ancrage (3) noyés dans la partie haute du béton dudit talon. L’invention concerne également le procédé de mise en œuvre de l’élément de renfort.
