Abstract
TITRE : Procédé et installation de traitement d’urine collectée Procédé de traitement de l’urine collectée caractérisé en ce qu’ - on concentre (E1) le liquide primaire formé par l’urine collectée pour en éliminer l’eau par évaporation et obtenir un liquide concentré (LC), - on hydrolyse (E2) le liquide concentré (LC) pour recueillir le mélange des composants gazeux N2, CO2, H2O et un résidu solide (R), - on recueille le résidu solide (R), - on refroidit (E3) le mélange gazeux (N2, CO2, H2O) pour condenser la vapeur d’eau et séparer le condensat (CD) et un mélange gazeux résiduel (N2, CO2), - on fait barboter (E5) le mélange gazeux résiduel (N2, CO2) dans une solution aqueuse de potasse (KOH) pour retenir le dioxyde de carbone (CO2) sous la forme de bicarbonate de potassium (K2CO3) et recueillir l’azote gazeux (N2).
