L’invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de tension sans contact sur un câble mono-conducteur isolé (10, 20) dans lequel circule une tension VX, ledit dispositif comprenant : . - une première électrode dite électrode interne (102, 202) ; . - une deuxième électrode dite électrode externe (103, 203) ; . - un commutateur (104, 204) ; . - une ligne de référence (107, 207) présentant un potentiel VREF ; . - un condensateur CD (105, 205) connecté entre le commutateur (104, 204) et la ligne de référence (107, 207) ; . - une unité de mesure de tension (106, 206) adaptée à mesurer une tension (V0 A, V0 B) aux bornes du condensateur (105, 205) ; l’électrode interne (102, 202) et l’électrode externe (103, 203) étant destinées à être disposées autour ou à proximité d’un câble mono-conducteur isolé (10, 20) ; le commutateur (104, 204) étant adapté à connecter le condensateur CD (105, 205) à l’électrode interne (102, 202) ou à l’électrode externe (103, 203) de manière à ce que le câble mono-conducteur isolé avec l’électrode interne (102, 202) forme un condensateur Cx, les condensateurs CX, CD, formant un circuit diviseur capacitif A ; le câble mono-conducteur isolé avec l’électrode externe (103, 203) forme un condensateur CY, les condensateurs CY, CD formant un circuit diviseur capacitif B.
