The invention relates to electrical measuring equipment and can be used for contactless measurement of electrical potentials, mainly on printed circuit boards, in particular, on high-voltage chip circuits. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. Figures 1 and 2 show the proposed device, a section. A device for contactless measurement of electric potentials contains a metal electrode 1 placed in an electrostatic shield 2 with a hole. The metal electrode 1 is connected with a connecting conductor 3 by means of a connecting conductor, boron (not shown). The face hole in the electrostatic shield 2 is covered with a dielectric insert consisting of a washer 4 made of a material with a high dielectric constant, and an outer layer 5 made of a material with a low dielectric resistance compared to the material of the metal electrode 1 and the electrostatic screen 2, placed between the side surface of the metal electrode and the electrostatic screen 2, the end surfaces of the metal electrode 1 and the dielectric insert, facing the object Measurements 7 vsholneny as the convex sphere. The device is equipped with a cap 6, which covers the outer surface of the electrostatic screen 1 on the side of the measurement object 7. The cap 6 is made of a material with low dielectric penetration and has a hole in the end part that coincides with the hole in the electrostatic screen 1. To fix the device on the measurement object, for example, on the planar output 7 of the integrated circuit 1, the cap 6 has two projections symmetrically arranged axis. The device works as follows. When measuring with the help of protrusions on the end part of the cap b, the end surface of the washer 4 of the dielectric insert is fixed on the measurement object, for example, on the floating output 7 of the microcircuit (Fig. 1). At the same time, the protrusions symmetrically located relative to the axis of the cap 6 prevent the end part of the washer 4 of the dielectric insert from displacing on the surface of the output 7 of the microcircuit, which ensures that the working surface of the metal electrode 1 of the output electrode 7 of the microcircuit constantly overlaps and creates a constant value of the working capacity between the metal electrode 1 and object 7 measurements. Enforcing the cap 6 of a material with a low dielectric constant contributes to a small effect on the measurement results of the potentials of adjacent closely located chip outputs, which improves the measurement accuracy. At the same time, the fulfillment of the end surfaces of the metal electrode 1 and the dielectric insert in the form of a convex sphere ensures that the puck 4 touches the output of the microcircuit at one point regardless of the angle of rotation of the axis of the electrode 1 relative to the normal to the output plane 7 of the microcircuit (Fig. 2). This, in turn, provides a slight change in the working capacity between the metal electrode 1 and the object 7 measurement, which in this case will be defined as the capacity of the system spherical segment - plane. At small angles of rotation of the axis of the electrode 1 with respect to the normal to the plane of the viewport 7 (on the order of 5-10 °), the working capacity remains almost unchanged. At the same time, the voltage at the output of the device, proportional to the product of the measured potential and the working capacitance, turns out to be practically independent of the position of the washer 4 of the dielectric insert on the measurement object, which ensures an increase in the measurement accuracy of the electric potentials at the planar terminals of the microcircuits and flat conductors. At the same time, electrical potentials at the terminals of the microcircuits and other conductors having a cylindrical shape are measured with high accuracy. The use of the proposed device makes it possible to increase the accuracy of Measurements when monitoring electrical potentials at the outputs of integrated circuits when diagnosing mounted printed circuit boards.
