Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’un revêtement à aspect amélioré, notamment d’un revêtement de sol de véhicule automobile Le procédé comporte : une étape de fourniture d’une nappe (20) de premières fibres (15), - une étape de bouclage des premières fibres (15), une étape d’accumulation des boucles formées par le bouclage, une étape de dépôt d’une nappe de renfort (38), formée de fibres de renfort (17), sur les boucles accumulées, une étape d’aiguilletage de la nappe de renfort (38) et des boucles, afin de les solidariser, et une étape de tonte des boucles. Il comporte, conjointement à l’étape de fourniture de la nappe (20), la fourniture d’au moins une couche (21) de secondes fibres (17) différentes des premières fibres (15), et la superposition de la nappe (20) et de la couche (21) l’une sur l’autre, la nappe (20) et la couche (21) passant ensemble dans le dispositif de bouclage (28).
