Abstract

Le dispositif de pressage (100) comprend un cadre (110) pour presser une feuille de verre (1) ramollie contre une forme de bombage (25) afin de la bomber. Le cadre de pressage (110) comprend une piste (120) pour contacter la feuille de verre (1) et un support de piste (130) qui est supporté par un châssis (180). Un système de chauffage (140) sert à chauffer la piste (120) qui est subdivisée en segments (121-i) successifs séparés à chaque fois par un jeu formant joint de dilatation entre eux. Chaque segment de piste (121-i) est monté sur le support de piste (130) avec une possibilité de déplacement entre eux dans la direction circonférentielle grâce à une liaison à glissement afin de compenser une variation dimensionnelle relative due à la dilatation lors du chauffage de la piste (120). Les risques de détérioration de la feuille de verre lors du pressage sont ainsi réduits. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 8
