La tête de nettoyage comporte un dispositif de nettoyage humide (11) comportant un réservoir de liquide de nettoyage (24) ; un organe d’obturation (31) mobile entre une position d’obturation dans laquelle l’organe d’obturation (31) obture une sortie de liquide (28) prévue dans une partie inférieure du réservoir de liquide de nettoyage (24) et une position de libération dans laquelle l’organe d’obturation (31) libère la sortie de liquide (28) ; un joint d’étanchéité annulaire inférieur (36) configuré pour empêcher un écoulement de liquide de nettoyage à travers la sortie de liquide (28) lorsque l’organe d’obturation (31) occupe la position d’obturation ; et un joint d’étanchéité annulaire supérieur (37) qui est configuré pour réaliser une étanchéité, par contact axial, entre une première surface annulaire (38) prévue sur l’organe d’obturation (31) et une deuxième surface annulaire (39) prévue sur le réservoir de liquide de nettoyage (24) lorsque l’organe d’obturation (31) occupe la position d’obturation.
