Abstract

L’invention concerne un afficheur (2) tête-haute pour un véhicule (1) automobile comportant, à l’intérieur d’un boîtier (14), une unité de génération d’images (4) duquel émerge un faisceau lumineux source (6) et un système optique de projection (7, 8) projetant le faisceau lumineux source vers l’extérieur de manière à former une image virtuelle (10) dans le champ de vision d’un conducteur (3) du véhicule ; et comportant en outre un système de commande (17) de la luminosité de l’afficheur comprenant un premier dispositif de mesure (22) mesurant une première valeur (I1) de l’intensité lumineuse de l’environnement en provenance d’une première direction (18), un deuxième dispositif de mesure (23) mesurant une deuxième valeur (I2) de l’intensité lumineuse de l’environnement en provenance d’une deuxième direction (19) distincte de la première direction, et une unité de traitement électronique (24) commandant, en fonction des première et deuxième valeurs, la luminosité de l’afficheur.
