Abstract

L’invention concerne un bouchon (1) à ouverture sécurisée pour un récipient (2), comprenant :- une première partie (10) adaptée pour être solidaire dudit récipient, définissant un orifice de sortie du récipient,- une deuxième partie (11) montée en pivotement sur la première partie (10) autour d’un axe longitudinal (X) du bouchon, comprenant une bague de fixation (110) et un capuchon (111) solidaire de la bague de fixation par une charnière (114),la première partie (10) comprenant une nervure (100) définissant une gorge (101) s’étendant sur une partie de la circonférence de la première partie et une rainure (102) s’étendant à partir de la gorge vers l’orifice de sortie, le capuchon comprenant un ergot (112) configuré pour coulisser dans la gorge (101) et dans la rainure (102),la rainure (102) étant configurée de telle sorte que la deuxième partie (11) du bouchon soit manipulable par rapport à la première partie (10) entre :- une position fermée dans laquelle l’ergot (112) est retenu dans la gorge (101), le capuchon (111) obturant l’orifice de sortie,- une position de début de déverrouillage dans laquelle l’ergot (112) est positionné dans la gorge (101) en regard de la rainure oblique (102),- une position de fin de déverrouillage dans laquelle l’ergot (112) est positionné en regard de la rainure (102) à l’opposé de la gorge (101), ladite position de fin d’ouverture étant angulairement décalée par rapport à la position de début de déverrouillage, et- une position ouverte dans laquelle le capuchon (111) libère l’orifice de sortie,que l’ergot (112) et la nervure (100) présentant des formes respectives adaptées pour permettre une fermeture du bouchon par encliquetage de l’ergot (112) dans la gorge (101) dans toute position autre que la position de début de déverrouillage.
