Abstract
Support de fixation multifonction (1) de moteur thermique de véhicule automobile pour la fixation d’au moins un élément de raccordement, comprenant une portion de fixation (10) au moteur thermique, et une portion (11) formant support de fixation dudit au moins un élément de raccordement. L’invention concerne de manière générale la fixation d’éléments de raccordement, tels que câbles et torons électriques, tuyaux, gaines et autres, sur un moteur thermique dans un véhicule automobile. Plus particulièrement, l’invention se rapporte à un support de fixation multifonction d’au moins un élément de raccordement sur un moteur thermique dans un véhicule automobile.The invention generally relates to the fixing of connecting elements, such as electric cables and strands, pipes, sheaths and the like, to a heat engine in a motor vehicle. Dans un véhicule automobile, le moteur thermique est monté dans le compartiment moteur sur des amortisseurs souples, dits « silentblocs » (marque déposée), de façon à lui permettre des mouvements pendulaires nécessaires pour répondre aux sollicitations mécaniques, de type vibrations ou soubresauts, liées à son fonctionnement. Des câbles électriques, préférentiellement regroupés en faisceaux ou torons et logés dans des gaines de protection, sont utilisés pour raccorder électriquement des organes du moteur thermique à un réseau d’alimentation électrique et un réseau de communication de données du véhicule. Des tuyaux de fluide de refroidissement relient également des organes du moteur thermique à des échangeurs thermiques qui sont montés fixes sur la caisse du véhicule. Ces câbles et tuyaux ont une extrémité fixe, liée mécaniquement à la caisse, et une extrémité qui suit les mouvements du moteur thermique. Des moyens de fixation sont prévus de façon à déterminer précisément le cheminement des câbles et tuyaux et n’autoriser leurs débattements que dans des zones bien définies. Cette machine électrique d’hybridation, typiquement alimentée en 48 Volts, est dans une gamme de puissance d’une à plusieurs dizaines de kilowatts et assure des fonctions d’assistance en couple, de freinage récupératif et, éventuellement aussi, de traction à basse vitesse du véhicule.
