Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de bouchage (1) destiné à être fixé sur un col (2) d’un récipient afin d’obturer un orifice (5) dudit col (2), le dispositif de bouchage comportant :- une bague inférieure (3) comportant un premier secteur (15) destiné à être retenu axialement au col (2) et un deuxième secteur (16) ; - un bouchon (4) ; et - un dispositif d’articulation (6) qui relie le bouchon (4) au deuxième secteur (16) de la bague inférieure (3) ; - le premier secteur (15) et le deuxième secteur (16) de la bague inférieure (3) étant articulés l’un à l’autre de manière à ce que le deuxième secteur (16) pivote par rapport au premier secteur (15) depuis une position abaissée vers une position relevée pour permettre au bouchon (4) de s’éloigner axialement du col (2) depuis la position de fermeture jusqu’à une position libérée dans laquelle ledit bouchon (4) n’est plus en prise avec le col (2) du récipient; le dispositif d’articulation (6) étant configuré pour permettre au bouchon (4) de pivoter entre ladite position libérée et une position basculée ouverte dans laquelle le bouchon (4) est dégagé de l’orifice (5) du col (2).
