Abstract

Procédé d'optimisation de la dimension d'un cordon (4) de soudure mis en œuvre à l'aide d'un moyen informatique, le cordon de soudure solidarisant une surface (3) s'étendant dans un plan transversal à une poutre (2) s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal pour former un assemblage, le cordon de soudure étant disposé dans un angle défini entre la poutre et la surface, le procédé comprenant: une étape (100) d'introduction des différents torseurs de chargement dans une interface graphique, une étape (110) de paramétrage de l'assemblage, une étape (120) de vérification des contraintes au sein de l'assemblage par rapport à un critère de rupture prédéfini de l'assemblage, une étape (130) d'affichage sur l'interface graphique des résultats de vérification des contraintes au sein de l'assemblage, une étape (140) de sélection d'une configuration de chargement à considérer pour le dimensionnement du cordon de soudure.
