Abstract

L'invention concerne notamment un bras de commutation (10) comprenant un premier interrupteur (Q1) et un deuxième interrupteur (Q11) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de détection d'avalanche (110, 310, 330, X1) comprenant : - un premier circuit (110) conçu pour générer une première tension de détection, ledit premier circuit comprenant une résistance de détection (R8) et une capacité de détection (C1) connectées en série en un point intermédiaire (111), l'association en série desdites résistance de détection (R8) et capacité de détection (C1) étant placée en parallèle entre la première borne d'entrée (D1) et la première borne de sortie (S1), ladite première tension de détection étant générée audit point intermédiaire (111) ; - un deuxième circuit (330) conçu pour générer une deuxième tension de détection, ladite deuxième tension de détection étant au potentiel de la borne de masse (GND) lorsque la tension au point milieu (lia) est supérieure à une valeur seuil ; et - un comparateur de tension (X1) configuré pour comparer la deuxième tension de détection à une tension représentative de la première tension de détection et pour générer une tension de détection d'avalanche (ASC_LS) en fonction du résultat de la comparaison.
