Abstract
L'invention concerne notamment un bras de commutation (10) comprenant un premier interrupteur (Q1) et un deuxième interrupteur (Q11) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de diagnostic comprenant : ○ un premier circuit (110) conçu pour générer une première tension de détection représentative de la tension entre la première borne d'entrée de courant et la première borne de sortie de courant ; ○ un deuxième circuit (330) conçu pour générer une deuxième tension de détection positive et une troisième tension de détection positive, la deuxième tension de détection positive étant inférieure à la troisième tension de détection positive lorsque la première tension de détection dépasse un premier seuil strictement supérieur à zéro ; ○ un comparateur de tension (X1) configuré pour comparer la deuxième tension de détection positive à la troisième tension de détection positive et pour générer une tension de détection d'avalanche (ASC_LS) en fonction du résultat de la comparaison.
