Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection d'intention de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage d'un ouvrant de véhicule automobile par un utilisateur. Le dispositif comprend un capteur capacitif et intègre un capteur inductif avec une cible métallique amagnétique se déplaçant sous l'action de la main de l'utilisateur sur la poignée (18) ou l'encadrement, la cible étant associée à une bobine (L) placée dans un circuit oscillant en étant relié à un circuit de mesure inductif (11) détectant l'intention de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage de l'ouvrant par l'utilisateur. L'intention n'est validée que quand détectée à la fois par les capteurs capacitif et inductif, la cible du capteur inductif étant portée par l'électrode (10) du capteur capacitif et un organe (20) supportant l'électrode (10) étant déformable élastiquement sous l'action de l'utilisateur sur la poignée (18) ou l'encadrement, les circuits de mesure inductif (11) et capacitif (12) étant indépendants l'un de l'autre.
