Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élaboration d'électrodes sur un substrat, notamment un substrat souple, tel que ledit procédé comprend : (i) une étape de dépôt d'un précurseur d'or en dispersion dans un solvant ou mélange de solvants sur ledit substrat ; puis (ii) une étape de dépôt d'un précurseur d'un matériau actif en dispersion dans un solvant ou mélange de solvants permettant le stockage électrochimique de l'énergie, sur ladite couche obtenue à l'étape (i); (iii) l'irradiation laser de la bi-couche ainsi réalisée selon le motif désiré ; et (iv) le retrait des parties du dépôt non irradiées par lavage. L'invention concerne également les dispositifs comprenant lesdites électrodes, tels que notamment les microsupercondensateurs.The present invention relates to a method for producing electrodes on a substrate, in particular a flexible substrate, such that said method comprises: (i) a step of depositing a gold precursor in dispersion in a solvent or mixture of solvents on said substrate; then (ii) a step of depositing a precursor of an active material in dispersion in a solvent or mixture of solvents allowing the electrochemical storage of energy, on said layer obtained in step (i); (iii) laser irradiation of the bi-layer thus produced according to the desired pattern; and (iv) removing the non-irradiated parts of the deposit by washing. The invention also relates to devices comprising said electrodes, such as in particular microsupercapacitors.
