Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication d'une pièce (10') en CMC, via une imprégnation en fusion (MI), par l'intermédiaire d'une coulée en suspension que l'on réalise dans un creuset (31) contenant un alliage de silicium (33) en fusion et dans lequel est disposée la pièce. Le creuset, qui est en graphite naturel épuré, présente un fond (37) d'où s'élèvent des parois latérales (39), suivant une pente (A) comprise entre 25 et 35°. L'imprégnation en fusion est réalisée par l'intermédiaire de l'un parmi : un drain (35) d'apport de l'alliage en fusion à la pièce, de sorte que l'alliage infiltre par capillarité le drain puis la pièce (10') à traiter, et une quantité d'alliage fondu dans le creuset telle que, dans le creuset, la pièce à traiter trempe directement dans l'alliage fondu, liquide.
