Abstract

Un ensemble palier et joint d’étanchéité combiné comprend un corps externe tubulaire pouvant être relié à un élément externe et ayant des première et seconde extrémités axiales, des surfaces interne et externe opposées et un chemin de roulement externe de palier sur la surface interne du corps externe. Un corps interne tubulaire est disposé à l’intérieur d’un alésage du corps externe et peut être disposé autour d’un élément rotatif et être couplé à celui-ci. Le corps interne a des surfaces interne et externe, des extrémités axiales externe et interne opposées, l’extrémité axiale interne fournissant une surface de contact d’étanchéité généralement radiale, et un chemin de roulement interne de palier sur la surface externe du corps interne. Des éléments de roulement disposés entre les chemins de roulement externe et interne couplent en rotation les corps externe et interne et forment un palier. Un joint annulaire est à l’intérieur de l’alésage du corps externe, est couplé au corps externe tubulaire et a une surface d’étanchéité généralement radiale pouvant venir en prise de manière étanche avec la surface de contact du corps interne.
