Abstract

Les moyens (5) d'introduction et de conservation de la tranche (6) de pain sont situés en partie (4; 31; 35) inférieure du boîtier (2), l'appareil (1) comporte de plus des moyens (21; 49) d'introduction d'une tranche (22) de fromage solide en partie haute, situés au-dessus desdits moyens (5) d'introduction et de conservation de la tranche (6) de pain, des seconds moyens (27) de chauffage agencés pour chauffer ladite tranche (22) de fromage pendant un second temps déterminé, à une température suffisante pour sa liquéfaction et des moyens (25) de guidage du fromage ainsi liquéfié agencés pour napper la tranche (6) de pain par écoulement gravitaire.
