Moteur thermique de véhicule automobile comprenant : - une culasse, - un dispositif (12) de contrôle de circulation de gaz recirculés EGR haute pression comportant : - un conduit de refroidissement (28) du dispositif, - un conduit de traversée (26) des gaz, - un système de contrôle de fermeture/ouverture du conduit de traversée, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de refroidissement (28) comporte une embouchure (16', 17') connectée à une embouchure en vis-à-vis d'une rampe de refroidissement de la culasse débouchant de la paroi frontale de fixation de culasse contre laquelle le dispositif (12) est fixé.
