Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation (10) en alumine d'une cuve d'électrolyse (100) comprenant, un organe de perçage (22), un fourreau tubulaire (23) entourant l'organe de perçage, le fourreau comportant une ouverture inférieure et une première ouverture (25) d'évacuation des gaz, un conduit (26) destiné à l'introduction d'alumine dans le fourreau tubulaire (23) comportant une seconde ouverture d'introduction d'alumine et un orifice débouchant dans le fourreau tubulaire, dans lequel le fourreau tubulaire (23) et le conduit (26) sont configurés de manière à ce que plus de 90% des gaz pénétrant dans le fourreau tubulaire (23) par l'ouverture inférieure (24) sortent du fourreau tubulaire (23) par la première ouverture (25) d'évacuation des gaz.
