Abstract

Un moteur (1) à combustion interne, comprend: - des chambres de combustion (3), et - un circuit d'air pour alimenter les chambres de combustion, ledit circuit d'air comprenant -une entrée d'air frais (13), -un répartiteur d'air (5) en entrée des chambres de combustion (3). Le moteur (1) comprend en outre un dispositif de vannage (19) configuré pour alternativement augmenter et réduire le débit d'air entrant dans les chambres de combustion (3) du moteur, et configuré pour interrompre par moments l'arrivée d'air dans les chambres de combustion (3). Le moteur (1) comprend, à l'entrée du répartiteur d'air (5), un refroidisseur d'air (16). Le dispositif de vannage (19) de débit d'air, est situé entre le refroidisseur (16) et les chambres de combustion (3) du moteur.
