Abstract
L'objet principal de l'invention est un procédé de fabrication d'au moins un échangeur de chaleur (50) à plaques (10) à au moins deux circuits de fluide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : a) formation d'une pluralité de plaques (10) comportant chacune un motif de référence ; b) formation d'un ou plusieurs motifs d'alignement (11) sur chaque plaque (10) par répétition circulaire du motif de référence autour d'un axe de révolution (X); c) formation d'une pluralité de rainures (12) sur chaque plaque (10). Le procédé comporte en outre les étapes successives suivantes : d) assemblage des plaques (10) par superposition les unes par rapport aux autres, chaque motif de référence d'une plaque étant superposé à un motif d'alignement (11) d'une plaque adjacente ; e) réalisation d'un traitement d'assemblage sur l'assemblage obtenu à l'issue de l'étape d) précédente par soudage-diffusion, par brasage et/ou par brasage-diffusion .
