Abstract

Cet ensemble (8) comporte : - un piston (12), formant écrou, présentant sur une face interne au moins un filet (14) de forme générale hélicoïdale, - un organe mâle (18) apte à s'étendre dans le piston (12) et présentant sur une face externe (20) au moins un logement (22), et - au moins un élément de couplage (24). Le logement (22) est agencé de manière à empêcher tout déplacement de l'élément de couplage (24) par rapport à l'organe mâle (18) lorsque l'élément de couplage (24) s'étend à la fois dans le filet (14) et dans le logement (22) de sorte que l'organe mâle (18) et l'élément de couplage (24) forment une vis en prise avec le piston (12).
