Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de contrôle non-destructif de pièces par génération d'ondes ultrasonores au moyen d'un laser d'excitation du type comprenant une unité de mesure (10) pourvue d'un laser d'excitation (11) et d'une unité de détection (13) et une tête de balayage (20), des moyens (15) de mesure dimensionnelle de la forme de surface de la pièce à analyser (30), et une unité de traitement (40) pour commander le balayage de la tête de balayage (20), pour traiter les signaux délivrés par l'unité de détection (13) ainsi que les signaux délivrés par les moyens (15) de mesure dimensionnelle de la forme de la surface de la pièce à analyser (30). Selon la présente invention, lesdits moyens de mesure dimensionnelle (15) de la forme de la surface de la pièce à analyser (30) comportent un laser de visualisation (17) et un système d'imagerie comprenant au moins une caméra (50, 51, 52) calibrée montée sur la tête de balayage (20) de manière que son axe optique yy' soit décalé par rapport une ligne de visée (V), ladite unité de traitement (40) mettant en œuvre une méthode de représentation de scènes 3D pour déterminer la forme de la pièce à analyser (30).
