Pour réduire l'effort d'emmanchement d'un cône de prélèvement (8) tout en assurant une étanchéité et un maintien satisfaisants, l'invention a pour objet un embout porte-cône de prélèvement (6) pour pipette, comprenant deux portions (32, 38) de maintien du cône (8) formant chacune saillie sur la surface extérieure (34) de l'embout et étant espacées l'une de l'autre selon une direction axiale de l'embout, l'embout comprenant également un joint à lèvre (20) destiné à contacter le cône (8) et agencé axialement entre les deux portions de maintien (32, 38).
