Description
The invention relates to a walker, or walking device, for walking rehabilitation. The technical field of the invention is that of the construction of self-propelled apparatus intended to restore the locomotion of adults. The education or rehabilitation of motor skills can be achieved by placing a person in a medium, for example in the water of a pool to reduce weight and facilitate movement. Exercise machines are also used, for example bicycles, by means of which the patient trains to rehabilitate certain muscles or elements of the locomotor system on which the patient is supported. Other devices such as ergometers or home bicycles allow you to train without moving the device like a bicycle.
Other devices such as wheelchairs or passive motorized walkers facilitate the movement of patients but do not contribute to the learning of walking. Other devices allow to practice an active rehabilitation. Devices such as the walking stick can be used to support a cane (FR 2944434). Walkers are known which allow to unload a part of the body by using a system of pulley with a reservoir containing a certain quantity of variable water to unload a variable part of the body weight (FR 2854794). Conventional wheelchair systems are known comprising a seat and a system allowing this chair to move on wheels (EP 2477592). Walkers are known with a nacelle allowing the passage of the legs and a frame to support the weight of the patient (FR 2522265). We know walkers with a pierced chair (EP 2416749). Walkers are known to support a leg in a kneeling position (EP 1968847). A disadvantage of the devices and exercise equipment lies in the fact that the seat does not provide support in the crotch without hindering the patient in his walk, which implies that the patient can do an exercise only during a limited time. Access to the seat is often difficult. An object of the present invention is to provide walking apparatus which overcomes the disadvantages of the walker devices described above. The present invention thus proposes a strolling device comprising a frame, wheels, a saddle assembly, a handlebar, a harness, characterized in that these elements allow the inclination of the saddle, facilitating a better placement of the patient. In this walking device: - the saddle assembly can be inclined by means of a jack, - said jack can be actuated by a lever, - the saddle can be adjustable from front to back - the saddle can be adjusted in height - the saddle can be blocked thanks in particular to knobs. - The folder may include an opening system to allow the patient to access the seat. - The backrest can be adjustable in height, depth and width. - the handlebars can be adjustable in inclination and height, have comfort foams, handles and armrests. - The handlebars can have a chest protection foam adjustable in height and depth. In the following, the invention is explained in more detail with the aid of an exemplary embodiment of the walker illustrated by the drawing in which FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the walker with the parts necessary for its manufacture. . Figure 2 is a perspective view of the inter-leg saddle assembly. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the handlebar assembly. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the backrest opening system for accessing the seat. In Figure 1, the walking device according to the invention comprises a frame (1 in Figure 1) with two wheels at the front (2 in Figure 1) and two wheels at the rear (3 in the figure 1). The rear wheels have a support (4 in Figure 1). The frame is surmounted by two 65 X 35 tubes (5 in FIG. 1) and a 60 X 30 support (6 in FIG. 1). At the front of this support, there is a bent tube 30 (7 in Figure 1). The saddle assembly is fixed on the support (8 in Figure 1). The rear wheels have mudguards (9 in Figure 1). The saddle assembly comprises the saddle (10 in Fig. 1), three knobs (11 in Fig. 1), two M8 screw caps (12 in Fig. 1), four M6 screw caps (13 in Fig. 1). a handlebar handle (14 in FIG. 1), a pivoting end for the backrest (15 in FIG. 1), a foam support pivot for the backrest (16 in FIG. 1), a hook of 30, a hook end and a washer (17, 18 and 19 in FIG. 1), a backrest support (20 in FIG. 1), two M10 screw caps (21 in FIG. 1), four M12 screw caps (FIG. 22 in FIG. 1), a screw M6 X 12 (23 in FIG. 1) and a screw M10 X 30 (24 in FIG. 1), these two screws forming part of the opening system of the arm for the passage of the patient. a backrest adjustment system (25 in Fig. 1), a backrest tube (26 in Fig. 1), a backrest (27 in Fig. 1), an elbow support (28 in Fig. 1), a stem for the handlebars (29 in figure 1), two plugs 2 6-30 for the ends of the handlebar (30 in FIG. 1), two elbow foams (31 in FIG. 1), two casings disposed on the frame (32 and 33 in FIG. 1), and a thoracic support. (34 in Figure 1). The elements 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23 and 24 in FIG. 1 constitute the pivoting arm of the backrest. In Figure 2, a jack is present in the saddle assembly (35 in Figure 2). It allows the inclination of the saddle, for example from 20 ° to 90 ° relative to the horizontal. The cylinder is actuated using a lever, type bicycle brake lever disposed under the saddle (36 in Figure 2). The saddle is adjustable from front to back, for example over a length of 40 millimeters. The seat is adjustable in height, for example to a height of 200 mm, and lockable thanks to a mofette (37 in Figure 2). Thanks to this saddle assembly and its cylinder, the inclination facilitates the placement of the patient on the walker. The stability of the patient is ensured by this system. The benefits of a bicycle seat and its perfect fit can be enjoyed. 302 186 7 4 In figure 3, the handlebar is equipped with a comfort foam for the forearms, which allows to unload part of the weight of the body on the upper body to relieve the lower body (38 on the Figure 3). The handlebar is adjustable in inclination thanks to its stem and height. A protective foam is installed on the handlebar stem for chest support. This foam is adjustable in height and depth. Two handles are arranged on the handlebar to also relieve some of the weight of the body and a better grip of the handlebar (39 in Figure 3). A bicycle brake type brake device is installed on the handlebar allowing movement to the outside of the patient. These two brakes arranged on the handlebars can block the rear and front wheels assuming a speed too fast acquired by the walker. In Figure 4, a screw M6 X 12 (23 in Figure 4) allows the attachment of the washer to the tip of the hook (18 and 19 in Figure 1). An M10 X30 screw (24 in FIG. 4) allows rotation of the arm for patient passage. The chassis is equipped with a casing. It is adjustable in height, for example 350 millimeters, and is lockable by two knobs on each side of the frame. The backrest is adjustable in height, for example 200 millimeters, and in depth, thanks to a bent sliding tube, for example over 600 millimeters. The locking of the backrest is assured thanks to two knobs and tightening nuts. The folder can also be adjusted in width. The backrest thus allows a perfect adjustment of the patient's position while maintaining its upper part, in conjunction with its position on the saddle and a harness.
All of these settings allow the patient to be well placed on the saddle assembly to find the most ergonomic position, allowing a rehabilitation walk in good conditions.30
