Abstract

The device (1) has a front wheel (18) and a rear wheel (19) that are respectively mounted at front and rear portions of a longitudinal frame (2). An inclination unit permits inclination of an assembly of a saddle support and a handlebar support with respect to the longitudinal frame from the front portion toward the rear portion and vice versa. The inclination unit comprises a rotating shaft (10) on which the saddle support and the handlebar support are fixed. A control unit (11) i.e. pneumatic cylinder, controls the inclination of the assembly.
