Description
Domaine technique La présente invention concerne un dispositif de relevage d'un objet, plus particulièrement de pompe, situé dans un forage profond.TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a device for lifting an object, more particularly a pump, located in a deep well.
In rural areas of countries with low water resources, the water must be searched in depth, up to a hundred meters or so. Deep drilling is generally defined as well drilling where the water level is more than 20 meters below the surface. The pumps for this type of deep drilling, which are conventionally electric, are arranged at the bottom of said boreholes and allow, by means of delivery pipes connected to said pumps, to pump water up to 80-90 meters deep. and bring it to the surface without much difficulty. In addition, to set up a pump of the known type and bring it up to the surface, a motorized winch is used on which a cable is wound permanently connecting said pump to the surface, said winch being of high capacity because the mass of said pump and discharge pipe full of water is important and it is necessary to exert on the cable a substantial tensile force to reassemble the assembly pump-cable - discharge pipe to the surface, for example for reasons of maintenance or of repair. However, this type of installation has the following major disadvantage: during the recovery of said pump-cable-discharge pipe assembly to the surface, the cable wraps around the drum of the winch and it is then necessary to unroll the entire said Drum cable to release the drum in view BGA001-EN-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 2 - use the same winch on another pumping system. In addition, for deep drilling, it is necessary to use a winch drum with a large capacity to wind the entire length of cable necessary, increasing the overall dimensions and the cost of installation. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawback mentioned above and to propose a pump lifting device arranged at the bottom of a deep well and connected to the surface by at least one cable, said lifting device. being compact, easy and inexpensive to implement and does not require the complete unwinding of the cable after raising said pump to the surface for use of the lifting device at another site for example. According to the invention, it is therefore proposed a lifting device of an object, such as a pump, disposed at the bottom of a deep well and connected to the surface by a cable, remarkable in that it comprises a frame, at least a first pulley pivotally mounted on said frame and a motor adapted to rotate the pulley and in that the cable is adapted to engage at its free end in the groove of the pulley, the groove of the pulley being such as to guarantee the drive without slipping of the cable, and thus the raising or lowering of the object, during a rotation of the pulley, the cable being then, at the output of the pulley, neither engaged in another pulley nor subjected to the tensile force due to the mass of said object. According to a preferred embodiment, the lifting device comprises at least a second pulley coupled and secured to the first pulley and a return pulley BGA001-FR-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 3 - mounted free to rotate on said frame around an axis of rotation substantially parallel to that of said first and second pulleys and in that the cable is then able to engage by its free end successively in the respective grooves of the first pulley, the pulley and the second pulley, the respective grooves of the first and second pulleys being such as to guarantee the drive without slipping of the cable, and thus the ascent or descent of the object, during a rotation of the first and second pulleys, the cable then being at the output of the second pulley, not engaged in another pulley nor subjected to the tensile force due to the mass of said object. Advantageously, said end of the cable is engaged in the groove of the first pulley so as to turn halfway out of said groove substantially diametrically opposite way, then into the groove of the return pulley so as to make a turn to exit said groove substantially diametrically opposite to return to engage the groove of the second pulley which finally finally emerges substantially diametrically opposite towards the surface. The groove of the (or) first and / or second pulley (s) preferably comprises a V-shaped cross section capable of jamming the cable when it is engaged in said groove in order to guarantee its drive. Each of the first and / or second pulley (s) is composed of two flanges each provided with a peripheral chamfer and assembled together so that said chamfers form the V-shaped groove. The groove of the first (or several) and / or second pulley (s) can further receive a suitable surface coating to obtain a sufficient coefficient of adhesion BGA001-EN-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 4 - and ensure the cable drive. Each of the first and / or second pulley (s) can also be made from a specific material having a coefficient of adhesion sufficient to ensure the cable drive. The lifting device preferably comprises detent means making it possible to avoid for sure that said cable remains stuck in the groove of the first and / or second pulley (s) and continues to wind around this (or these) last (s). According to a preferred embodiment, said unhooking means comprise at least two disengagement rollers pivotally mounted on the frame along axes of rotation substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the (or) first and / or second pulley ( s), said loosening pebbles are disposed near said first and / or second pulley (s). According to another embodiment, said unhooking means comprise at least two blades integral with the frame and oriented tangentially with respect to the (or the) first and / or second pulley (s), each blade being provided with a tapered end. adapted to come into contact with the inside of the groove of said pulley (s) (13A, 13B) to loosen the cable. Advantageously, the lifting device is adapted to be arranged on an arrow of a preferably folding stem and embedded on a vehicle located in the immediate vicinity of the borehole. Other advantages and features will become more apparent from the following description of an alternative embodiment of a pump lifting device according to the invention with reference to the following figures: BGA001-FR-20 TEXTE FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view of a lifting device according to the invention of a pump disposed at the bottom of a deep well, said lifting device being integral with the arrow of FIG. a gallows on a vehicle; FIG. 2 is a front view of the lifting device of FIG. 1; - Figure 3 is a sectional view of the lifting device along the axis III-III 'of Figure 2; FIG. 4 is a detailed view of a pulley of FIG. 3. Best way of carrying out the technical invention FIGS. 1 to 4 show a lifting device 1, according to the invention, of an object, more particularly a pump 2 and an unrepresented discharge pipe, disposed at the bottom of a deep well 3 and connected to the surface 5 by a cable 4. Said lifting device 1 comprises a frame 10, a first axis 11 pivotally mounted on said frame 10, a second axis 12 substantially parallel to said first axis 11 and integral with said frame 10, at least first and second pulleys 13A, 13B secured to the first axis 11 and preferably coupled, a pulley 14 mounted free in rotation on said second axis 12 and a motor 15 adapted to rotate the first axis 11 and thus the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B, said motor 15 being advantageously coupled to a gear 16 disposed between the motor r 15 and the first axis 11.
The first and second pulleys 13A, 13B and the return pulley 14 are able to cooperate with the cable 4 connecting the pump 2 to the surface 5 of the bore 3. Each of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B comprises a groove 17A, 17B such that it allows BGA001-EN-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 6 - to guarantee the drive of the cable 4, and thus the raising or lowering of the pump 2 and its delivery pipe inside the borehole 3 during a rotation of said first pulley 13A or second pulley 13B.
According to a preferred embodiment, the respective groove 17A, 17B of each of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B comprises a V-shaped cross section. This specific V-shaped shape of the groove 17A, 17B allows, on the one hand, to receive cables of different diameters and, secondly, to wedge the cable when engaged in said groove 17A, 17B to ensure its training. Each of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B is advantageously composed of two flanges 131 each provided with a peripheral chamfer 132 and assembled vis-à-vis by any appropriate means such as, for example, bolts 133, so that that the chamfers 132 form the groove 17A, 17B V (see Figure 4). Those skilled in the art can also, without any difficulty, choose a specific material to manufacture each of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B and / or a suitable coating to be implemented on the surface of the groove 17A, 17B respective of each of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B in order to obtain a sufficient coefficient of adhesion and to guarantee the driving of the cable 4. With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, according to an advantageous mode of use, the lifting device 1 is arranged on an arrow 20 of a bracket 21 preferably folding and embarked on a vehicle 22 located in the immediate vicinity of the borehole 3 in which is disposed the pump 2 attached to the cable 4 by one of its ends 41, the latter being such that its end 42 free up to the surface 5. BGA001-EN-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 7 - With such a configuration, the cable is engaged by its end 42 around a return pulley 23 arranged to the end of the boom 20, then in the groove 17A of the first pulley 13A so as to be almost a half turn to exit said groove 17A substantially diametrically opposite. Then, said cable 4 is engaged in the groove 24 of the deflection pulley 14 so as to make a U-turn to exit said groove 24 in a substantially diametrically opposed manner in order to return to engage in the groove 17B of the second pulley 13B which finally emerges almost diametrically opposite towards the ground taking into account the mass of the cable 4. After, it suffices to pull on the end 42 of the cable 4 issuing from the second pulley 13B to wedge said cable less in the groove 17B of said second pulley 13B of the lifting device 1. Finally, the return to the surface 5 or the descent into the bore 3 of the pump 2 and its delivery pipe is obtained thanks to the rotation of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B, the latter being set in motion by the motor unit 15 - reducer 16. The advantage of the lifting device 1 according to the invention lies in the fact that after the second pulley 13B the cable 4, which is no longer engaged in another pulley or subjected to the tensile force due to the mass of the moved object, can be easily recovered and wrapped by a worker present on the site. It is well understood that the force exerted on the cable 4 by the pump 2 and its delivery pipe makes it possible to maintain the jamming of said cable 4 at least in the groove 17A of the pulley 13A, and more likely in the respective grooves 17A, 17B first and second pulleys 13A, 13B. The lifting device 1 according to the invention BGA001-FR-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 8 - also preferably comprises loosening means 18,19 to avoid for sure that said cable 4 remains stuck in the grooves 17A , 17B respective first and second pulleys 13A, 13B and continues to wrap around them. According to a preferred embodiment, the unclamping means 18, 19 comprise at least two rollers pivotally mounted on the frame 1 along axes of rotation substantially parallel to the axes of rotation of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B and return pulley 14. These loosening rollers 18, 19 are preferably arranged close to said pulleys 13A, 13B between the latter and the return pulley 14 and between the strands of the cable 4, when it is engaged around the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B and the deflection pulley 14, so as to prevent said cable 4 from being trapped in said respective grooves 17A, 17B of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B (see FIG. 2). Thus, during the ascent of the pump 2 and its delivery pipe, the unhooking roller 18 or 19, according to the mounting direction, prevents the free end 42 of the cable 4 from the pulley 13B remains stuck in the throat 17B of the second pulley 13B and continues to wrap around the latter. Indeed, the release roller 18 decouples the free end 42 of the cable 4 by deflecting it in the direction of the ground so that said cable is unwound on the surface 5 thus avoiding any unnecessary unwinding of the cable after the full rise of the pump 2 and its discharge pipe.
However, without departing from the scope of the present invention, the unhooking members 18, 19 may be two blades secured to the frame 1 and oriented tangentially with respect to the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B, each blade being provided with a BGA001 end. FR-20 TEXTE REMOVAL RG / AG - 9 - tapered adapted to come into contact with the interior of respective grooves 17A, 17B of said pulleys 13A, 13B to loosen the cable 4. This variant of the loosening members 18, 19, which is very effective, has the disadvantage of wear quickly enough given the contact between the blades and the groove 17A, 17B during the rotation of the latter. Finally, the lifting device 1 according to the invention comprises measuring means (not shown) for the movement of the cable 4. These measuring means make it possible, for example, to know how far from the surface 5 the object to be lifted is find. These measuring means preferably comprise a revolution counter associated with one of the first and second pulleys 13A, 13B or 14. Indeed, knowing the winding diameter of said first and second pulleys 13A, 13B or 14 and the number of turns made by the latter, an operator can easily determine the length of cable 4 which has already been raised.
BGA001-FR-20 TEXTE DEPOSE RG/AGIt is understood that the lifting device 1 according to the invention is particularly compact and easy to manufacture and implement. Indeed, the lifting device 1, which is composed of simple elements and also inexpensive, avoids the complete winding of the cable 4 on a drum and therefore the complete course of the latter at the end of the complete recovery of pump 2 and its delivery pipe. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER EMBODIMENTS According to an "extreme" embodiment variant, not shown, the lifting device 1 comprises only the first pulley. The cable is then able to engage by its free end only in the groove of the first pulley, said groove always being such that it allows the formation of the first pulley. cable, and thus the raising or lowering of the pump, during a rotation of the first pulley, the cable being then, after the first pulley, not engaged in another pulley or subjected to the tensile force due to the mass of said object. This variant "extreme" is certainly very economical but it has a lower level of security. Indeed, if the cable inadvertently disengages the groove of the first pulley, the pump drops to the bottom of the borehole and can then be damaged. Possibility of industrial application The lifting device 1 according to the invention is more particularly applicable to the raising or lowering of a pump 2 at the bottom of a deep borehole 3, but it can also be used for the handling of 'any other type of industrial equipment. Finally, it goes without saying that the examples of lifting device 1 according to the invention which have just been described are only particular illustrations, in no way limiting of the invention.
