La présente invention concerne un outil de plomberie pour le débouchage d'une canalisation obstruée par un bouchon formé par l'agglomération de débris divers. Quoique non exclusivement, l'outil de plomberie conforme à la présente invention est particulièrement approprié au débouchage des évacuations d'éviers, de lavabos, de douches, de baignoires, etc... dans lesquelles peuvent aisément se former des bouchons incorporant des cheveux. On sait que, pour entreprendre l'élimination d'un tel bouchon sans démonter ladite évacuation, on peut introduire dans cette dernière un fil de fer dont l'extrémité distale est repliée en crochet et tenter d'accrocher une partie dudit bouchon lors du retrait de ce fil de fer. Toutefois, les tentatives d'accrochage du bouchon par le fil de fer se font à l'aveuglette et elles sont rarement couronnées de succès. De plus, lorsque, comme cela est presque toujours le cas, ces évacuations comportent un siphon, le fil de fer est incapable à cause de sa raideur de passer à travers ce dernier, de sorte qu'il est impossible d'atteindre un bouchon en aval dudit siphon. La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à ces inconvénients. A cette fin, selon l'invention, l'outil de plomberie pour le débouchage d'une canalisation obstruée par un bouchon formé par l'agglomération de débris divers, est remarquable en ce que : - il comporte une tige flexible apte à être enfoncée profondément dans ladite canalisation en en suivant la configuration ; - l'extrémité distale de ladite tige flexible porte une saillie présentant la forme au moins approximative d'une boule ; et - ladite tige flexible comporte au moins un crochet latéral ne gênant pas l'introduction dudit outil dans la canalisation, mais accrochant au moins en partie ledit bouchon lors du retrait dudit outil. Ainsi, grâce à la flexibilité de ladite tige, l'outil peut traverser des configurations de canalisations coudées, telles que par exemple celles de siphons. De plus, la boule disposée à l'extrémité distale de la tige flexible permet d'éviter que cette extrémité distale accroche l'intérieur de la canalisation en bloquant la propagation de l'outil à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
