Description
The present invention relates generally to the fixing of head support guide of motor vehicle seats. It is known in the prior art head support guide fixing devices.
For example, JP2011000144 discloses a headrest guide support having a rectangular section guide which is positioned on a folded sheet support. FR2765842 discloses a support piece for headrest guide which is fixed by clipping over a top tube of seat back. JP2010018140 discloses headrest rod supports which are fixed in a hole of a sheet metal part. In return, these systems have in particular the disadvantage of not being able to standardize the fasteners of the head support guides between a seat with a backrest whose cross is folded sheet metal with two mounting pivot holes, or whose cross is in tube with a mounting sleeve. An object of the present invention is to meet the disadvantages of the prior art documents mentioned above and in particular, first of all, to propose a head support guide fixing lug which can be mounted on several type of seats with different dimensional constraints, without the need to change the frame of the seat. For this purpose, a first aspect of the invention relates to a lug for attaching a vehicle seat head support guide, the seat comprising a backrest frame tube with at least one passage opening of the support guide. head, characterized in that the fixing lug comprises: a structure arranged to be attached to the tube and comprising a centralizer arranged to center in the orifice of the armature tube and to form a first bore arranged to receive the guide of head support, a mechanical stop integral with the structure, arranged to present a force recovery to the head support guide at a predetermined distance from the centralizer. The tab according to the present implementation makes it possible to standardize the armature, because the function of recovery of effort and mounting of the axis of the guide is completely transferred to the bracket in terms of diameter, and height of recovery of effort. The same frame can therefore be used on several vehicles. It is possible to weld the mechanical stop on the structure. According to one embodiment, the structure comprises a second bore arranged to receive the head support guide, concentric with the first bore. The positioning of the head support guide is improved with the second bore which is concentric with the first bore. According to one embodiment, the first and / or second bore comprises locking means in rotation and / or in rotation of the head support guide. According to one embodiment, the structure is a folded sheet. According to one embodiment, the mechanical stop is a metal wire. According to one embodiment, the wire comprises two ends each welded to the structure, and is folded to present a top forming the mechanical stop and / or a force recovery. The length of cut of the wire before welding determines the height of the recovery of effort, which facilitates the design. According to one embodiment, the centralizer is arranged to provide an axial mechanical stop to the head support guide. The head support guide is perfectly located, all its degrees of freedom are blocked.
According to one embodiment, the fixing lug comprises: a bearing face arranged to be placed on an upper face of the armature tube; a return arranged to be attached to a face of the tube opposite to the face; 5 top of the tube, and the bearing face comprises the centralizer. A second aspect of the invention is a seatback frame comprising a tube and at least one bracket according to the first aspect of the invention. A third aspect of the invention is a vehicle seat comprising a frame according to the first aspect of the invention. A fourth aspect of the invention is a motor vehicle comprising at least one vehicle seat according to the first aspect of the invention. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the following detailed description of an embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows an isometric view of a seatback frame tube; FIG. 2 represents an isometric view of a fastening tab according to the invention; Figure 3 shows the fastening tab of Figure 2 attached to the frame tube of Figure 1. Figure 1 shows a seat back frame 50 with a seat back frame tube 51. In order to allow the attachment of a head support guide fixing lug, the tube 51 comprises two through holes 52 arranged on a flattened central portion of the tube 51.
In order to be easily located on the tube 51, the fixing lug 10 is mainly formed from a folded sheet which comprises a bearing face 14.
The bearing face 14 is arranged to bear on the upper face of the flattened portion of the tube 51 and a centralizer 11 is arranged on the bearing face 14. The centralizer 11 is made by bending a portion of the sheet of the support face 14 to form a cylinder whose outer portion of large diameter will be housed in one of the holes 52 of the tube 51, and the inner portion of small diameter can serve as a guide to the head support guide, offering an axial connection to the latter. The folded sheet forming the structure of the fixing lug 10, this structure comprises a second orifice formed on its lower part, sheet metal folded similarly to the centralizer 11, to form a second bore 12 for guiding the head support guide. Finally, the folded sheet metal structure of the support lug 10 has a return 13 which is arranged to come into contact with the lower face of the flattened portion of the tube 51, to be attached thereto. Finally, the fixing lug 10 comprises a wire 15 attached, for example by welding, to define a mechanical stop at the head support guide, at a predetermined distance from the bearing face 14. To determine the height of the stop of effort recovery, simply adjust the length of the wire 15 before cutting. FIG. 3 represents the fastening tab 10 attached to the tube 51 of the armature 50. To do this, the fastening tab 10 is centered on the through hole 52 of the tube 51, when the side of the tube is resting. 14. Thus, the bracket 10 can be welded to the tube 51 and receive a head support guide 90, which can also be mounted on a cross-type seat frame. This provides a standardization of the seat frame, which must no longer take into account the positioning height of the head support guide 90, because this function is provided by the bracket 10 which is specific. It will be understood that various modifications and / or improvements obvious to those skilled in the art can be made to the various embodiments of the invention described herein without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the appended claims.
