Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de sécurisation pour crochet permettant d'éviter qu'un objet suspendu à ce crochet puisse être décroché de manière non souhaitée. Il est composé d'un corps massif allongé (6), ayant une section de taille sensiblement supérieure à la taille de la section de la hampe du crochet et comportant un taraudage (7) pratiqué selon l'axe longitudinal du corps et destiné à recevoir une vis de serrage (8), et possédant en outre au moins un perçage radial, sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal, ce perçage étant d'un diamètre tel que la hampe du crochet puisse y être engagée suffisamment pour que la vis de serrage, une fois actionnée, vienne appuyer sur ladite hampe et bloque le corps en position, de façon à empêcher l'enlèvement d'une attache préalablement engagée sur le crochet. Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sécurisation pour crochets muraux permettant d'éviter qu'un objet suspendu à ce crochet puisse être décroché de manière non souhaitée. Le développement considérable de la fréquentation des lieux publics rend chaque jour plus 5 nécessaire de sécuriser les systèmes de fixation des objets exposés contre le décrochage non souhaité. De même pour certains lieux comme les hôtels qui sont souvent victimes de vols ainsi que pour des propriétaires privés conscients qu'à eux seuls les dispositifs électroniques de protection ne peuvent suffire pour assurer une protection efficace. 10 Il en va également ainsi des zones à risques sismiques où des fixations verrouillables sont indispensables pour empêcher la chute des objets. Les objets à accrocher sont ordinairement munis de liens ou d'attaches leur permettant de se fixer aux crochets muraux. On connaît traditionnellement deux principaux types de systèmes 15 de liaison des objets aux crochets : - les dispositifs souples comme par exemple cordes, câbles, ou ficelles fixés généralement en deux points de l'objet et accrochés à un ancrage mural de type gond ou crochet. Ces dispositifs sont généralement réservés à des objets de faible valeur et sortent du domaine du dispositif suivant l'invention. 20 - les attaches rigides ou semi-rigides montées seules au dos de l'objet sur l'axe médian ou par paire de part et d'autre du dos de l'objet. Parmi celles-ci on trouve par exemple des pitons à oeil, des maillons de chaîne, des attaches en tôle percées ou des anneaux articulés sur une platine ou sur un feuillard. Par souci de concision nous appellerons «attaches» l'ensemble de ces dispositifs. Ces attaches ne comportent généralement aucun système pour prévenir la chute ou le vol des objets. Les sécurités quand elles existent sont ordinairement disposées sur les crochets muraux. Ainsi trouve-t-on des crochets équipés d'origine de ressorts dits de sécurité, mais ces ressorts, étant manoeuvrables avec n'importe quel objet fin de type crayon, ne 30 s'opposent pas efficacement à des tentatives de vol. On citera par exemple les brevets GB2154644 ou FR2664950 ou FR2720614 qui comportent de tels ressorts. Une solution plus efficace consiste à utiliser comme crochets des gonds filetés munis d'une rondelle bloquée par un écrou. La rondelle, maintenue par l'écrou est d'une taille telle qu'elle s'oppose au passage et donc à l'enlèvement de l'attache de l'objet. Une telle solution est présente par exemple dans le Modèle Déposé Suédois n°80108 enregistré par la société Temart en 2008. Qu'ils soient à ressort ou sur gonds filetés, aucun de ces dispositifs n'est adaptable sur des crochets muraux existants et tous requièrent le remplacement du crochet ce qui représente un coût et un temps d'intervention significatifs. Afin de sécuriser efficacement les objets suspendus à des crochets d'autres solutions ont été imaginées, souvent par les utilisateurs, elles se présentent principalement sous trois formes. Une solution similaire mais mécaniquement peu sûre est aussi proposée dans le brevet FR1228315 sous forme de capuchons plastiques à enfoncer sur le crochet. Le dispositif suivant l'invention pallie ces inconvénients en ayant une forme et une construction telles qu'elles permettent à la fois une sécurisation simple et rapide de la plupart des crochets existants tout en restant discret et très efficace. De plus l'intervention de sécurisation peut se faire sans dépose des objets. Elle permet de s'opposer au décrochage non-désiré d'objets munis d'attaches comportant des trous ou des anneaux de forme quelconque. En effet le dispositif suivant l'invention est constitué d'un corps massif allongé ayant une section de forme quelconque suivant le choix esthétique du fabriquant, cette section étant de taille sensiblement supérieure à la section de la hampe du crochet.The second solution is to deform the wall hook with a clamp so as to trap the ring of the fastener. Dans le cas où l'on souhaite se prémunir contre des vols prémédités cette sécurité pourra être renforcée par l'utilisation de vis à empreinte de sécurité (11) ou par l'empilage dans le taraudage (7) d'une 20 vis sans tête et d'une vis avec tête de sécurité. Le taraudage pourra être traversant si l'on souhaite par exemple positionner une deuxième vis de serrage en opposition à la première. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention: La figure 1 montre une vue de coté de l'art antérieur représentant un cadre (1) muni d'une 25 attache à anneau (2) et suspendu à un gond mural (3) faisant office de crochet. Une rondelle (4) de taille supérieure au diamètre intérieur de l'anneau de l'attache est enfilée au dessus de l'anneau. Un connecteur électrique (5) est rajouté sur la hampe du gond puis serré. L'ensemble est encombrant et écarte le cadre du mur. La figure 2 représente une vue en perspective du dispositif suivant l'invention montrant un 30 corps allongé cylindrique (6) où un taraudage axial (7) a été pratiqué de façon à recevoir une vis sans tête (8).
