Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a removable tooling capable of collecting, storing and restoring the energy for remotely performing actions on the mechanical devices for opening helmets installed on wagons intended for the removal of ballast on railways, and / or supply and control auxiliary comfort and safety functions (lighting, horn, vision system, geolocation system power supply). To date, on the "ballast" type wagons, the helmets of the hoppers are controlled manually by operators, by means of levers or flywheels or pedals. In order to control these manual actuators, this requires a significant number of operators, climbs and descents of them on the wagons in running order (about 5km / h), significant physical efforts, to control the actuators, and the endangering the integrity of the operators by the working conditions and the environment of the shipyards. To date, the additional functions of comfort and safety are provided by autonomous systems (general lighting along the path by light balloons, individual lighting by headlamps, horn by wind trumpet). The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It is a removable compact assembly 15 comprising charger functions (Rep 1 on Fig 1), energy storage (Rep 2 on Fig 1), automation (Rep 3 on Fig 1), power interface (Rep 4 on fig 1), and actuators (Rep 5 on fig 1), able to adapt to the architecture of ballast cars. This set is a tool capable of "plugging" the cars and thus deflects the manual action through a radio control (Rep 6 on fig 1) for the action of lever, steering wheel, pedal ...
The tooling has a human machine interface (Rep 7 on fig 1) allowing the control of the system and increasing the safety of the operators. The system consists of several subassemblies: energy pack / automation (Rep A on fig 1), pack actuators (Rep B on fig 1), comfort and safety functions pack (Rep C on fig 1), which will be compact and easily transportable by hand.
Figure I shows the block diagram with references to the previous landmarks. Figure 2 shows the actuator package, consisting of a clamping interface piece (Rep 2 - Fig. 2) and jack / connecting rod assemblies (Rep 1 - Fig. 2). With reference to these figures, the device comprises an energy / automation pack (Rep A on fig 1) by ballast side. Each of them is equipped with a radio control (Rep 6 on fig 1) dedicated piloting three openings of hoppers (by ballast side). For a Right-Left simultaneous operation, a ballast tank can be equipped with 2 packs simultaneously controlled by 2 operators on each side of the track, each with a remote control. The autonomy of this pack is related to the capacity of its energy storage device (Rep 2 on fig 1). The actuator pack (Rep 1 and 2 in Fig 2) is fixed on the device of the original actuators via the clamping interface piece (Fig. 2 - Fig 2) without modifications of the initial system. The storage device (Rep 2 - Fig 1) makes it possible to restore the stored energy, via an energy charger (Rep 1 - Fig 1) on the order of the automation (Rep 3 - Figl), to the actuator pack (rep 5 and B - Figl) equipped with a jack / link system which activates the manual control devices of the initial system. The automation (Rep 3 Figl) is controlled via a radio control (rep 6 - Fig 1) and a man-machine interface (Rep 7 - Fig 1) to control the power interface (Rep 4 - Fig 1) which will feed the cylinder. The kinematics of the cylinder / link assembly will activate the opening and closing of the bunkers of the ballast tank. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for opening and closing the helmets 5 ballast hoppers and the supply and control of auxiliary functions of comfort and safety.
