Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for producing repetitive or rhythmic sounds with a very great variety of sounds. This device is similar to the field of toys as that of musical instruments. Whether called rattles or maracas these instruments are always composed of a hollow volume hereinafter referred to as the "sound box", partially filled with small objects called "charge", which strike the walls. the sound box when shaken, producing a sound. According to the desire of the user, the latter can vary the rhythm at will, but he can not change the nature of the noise, which is determined by the composition of the load and the material of the sound box. It is conceivable that metallic particles agitated in a metal sound box do not produce the same sound as if they are shaken in a wooden sound box or if the nature of the charge is exchanged for the same sound box.
For young children, being able to change noises by changing the load or the sound box is intriguing and therefore fun. In the state of the art, there are no rattles or maracas with these characteristics of interchangeability. The present invention for changing very quickly resonance box and / or load overcomes this disadvantage. It comprises in fact according to a first feature an assembly ring within which come to meet and temporarily fix two half-boxes of resonance. Fixing can be done by cones and dry friction, by quarter turn or by providing a lip outside the sound box to pass slightly in force over pins disposed on the inner diameter of the connecting ring. The two sound boxes are head-bolster one on each side of the ring, their respective lips being in contact with each other once in place. The charge being introduced is before the introduction of the second half-box resonance; either through an orifice made for this purpose in the assembly ring itself. The assembly ring can also be used to attach a handle. According to particular embodiments, the two half-resonance boxes are identical and consist of cups commonly used to serve drinks or yogurt or other ingredients. Said cups have in their open part a lip protruding outside. The connecting ring has an inner diameter substantially close to the outer diameter of the two half-boxes of resonance. Pions disposed on the inner diameter reduce said diameter so that a slight effort must be exerted to overcome them. Once the two half resonance boxes set up in the fixing ring, their respective lips are approximately touching and the assembly constitutes the sound box.
According to another embodiment of the assembly ring, the lips of the two resonance half-boxes come into contact with abutments integral with the assembly ring. These so-called stops provide a space between the lips of the two half-resonance boxes, said space making it possible to arrange an orifice for putting or removing the load and / or fixing a handle.
The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention. Figure I shows in section the assembly ring and the two half boxes of resonance before clipping. Figure II shows in section, the assembled assembly. Figure III shows the assembly ring in a configuration to add either a handle or a plug. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises an assembly ring (1) receiving on each side a half-resonance chamber (3) having lips (3a) on their open side which forcefully pass over pawns (2). ) placed regularly on the inner diameter of the connecting ring (1) a load (8) 55 introduced either before the clipping of the second resonance half-box (3) is by a hole (9) closable or by a plug (7) by a handle (6). According to a non-illustrated variant, the two half-resonance boxes are fixed on the assembly ring by quarter turn. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the musical awakening of 60 children, musicians, sports fans or others.
