The invention relates to the power supply and control architecture of an electric machine used for a stop and automatic restart function of a combustion engine (FIG. "stop and start" function). Reducing the consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions of combustion engines is an increasingly important issue, particularly in the automotive industry. [0003] A solution for reducing the CO2 emissions of an engine consists in stopping it as soon as the vehicle stops, and allowing automatic restarting when necessary. These are systems generally referred to by the English phrase "Stop and Start" (or simply the acronym STT). This technology is also commonly used in hybrid traction systems where the need for stopping and restarting engine is even more extensive. It is important that the engine of a vehicle equipped with a stop & start system can restart as quickly as possible. The STT systems known to date are based on the use of reversible alternators called alternator starter, that is to say that the electric machine (MEL) is controlled so as to serve as a generator (such as a conventional alternator) or engine (allowing the engine to start). [0006] A quick restart goes through a rapid rotation of the motor, and therefore a large torque to be supplied by the electric machine. More specifically, the reduction of the starting time passes through an electric machine having a very high torque at low speed, and a significant power source. It is further known through the European patent application EP1829725 an electric machine having a particular arrangement to ensure a stop / start function (called stop & start) of the engine while limiting the size of the electric machine . The invention aims to maximize the torque of such a device by proposing a set involving an electric machine as known in the prior art and an optimized control architecture and power supply. Thus the invention makes it possible, by maximizing the torque provided by the electric machine, an extremely rapid restart of the combustion engine, and allows the electric machine to replace the conventional starter for starting the engine (off stop & start function). The invention therefore relates to a device comprising a reversible electric machine with a wound rotor and a stator, intended to equip a combustion engine which it can ensure the restart, and its power system, characterized in that it includes: a. An inverter to power the stator. b. A regulator to power the rotor. vs. An electrical storage means, comprising at least one capacitor, capable of supplying the inverter and the regulator. The capacitor power supply of the electric machine makes it possible to provide it with a large electrical power necessary for the creation of a strong driving torque of the motor for its starting or restarting. The choice of a wound rotor machine allows, in addition to obtaining a high torque, to limit energy losses (compared to a permanent magnet machine) when the machine is not used. Preferably, the electrical storage means present when charged a voltage between 300 and 900 volts. Preferably, the regulator is of the chopper type. A regulator of the chopper type makes it possible to limit the energy losses in an electronic power system. Preferably, the device further comprises a battery with a nominal voltage of between 12 and 36 volts, and an architecture allowing the battery to recharge the capacitors or via a voltage booster. The device according to the invention thus integrates into a conventional electrical architecture, particularly for automotive applications. Preferably, the device has an architecture allowing further direct power of the electric machine by the battery via the voltage booster, and charging the battery by the electric machine via a voltage step. Thus, the electric machine can fully play the role of alternator, and starter of a combustion engine. [0014] Preferably, the voltage booster and the voltage booster are constituted by a single converter. The converter has a galvanic isolation to avoid the risk of putting high voltage in the network. This simplifies the electrical architecture and reduces the costs of implementation. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising a device as previously described, and a combustion engine having an engine block, a crankshaft and a flywheel. Preferably, the assembly has an electric machine of the type comprising a stator integral with a face of the engine block located opposite the flywheel and a rotor secured to the flywheel, the electric machine being radially distant from the engine crankshaft. and disposed on either side of the support surface of the flywheel. This type of electrical machine architecture, known through patent EP1829725, allows not to impact the length of the assembly according to the invention, and therefore the powertrain. Such an electric machine with a wound rotor, whether the machine is of a radial flow or axial flow type, also makes it possible to obtain a large torque for rotating the motor, provided that it is powered by a high voltage, which also allows the device developed in the invention. Preferably, the electric machine is a starter for the heat engine. Indeed, by the adoption of an assembly according to the invention, allowing a high torque for rotating the engine by the combination of an electric machine of a carefully chosen type and an architecture electric allowing its power supply under a high power, it is possible to do without a conventional starter, which offers many advantages and in particular: a limitation of costs, a limitation of the mass of the peripherals of the engine, a better architectural integration from the whole. Finally, the invention relates to the application of a device or an assembly as previously described to a hybrid thermal / electric vehicle. This preferred application of the invention is particularly relevant because of the numerous stops and restart of the engine of such a hybrid vehicle, and because of the need to make the transitions between an electric traction mode and a thermal traction mode also fast and imperceptible as possible. The invention is described in more detail below and with reference to the figures schematically showing the system in its preferred embodiment. Figure 1 schematically shows the electrical architecture of an assembly according to one embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 shows an electric machine of the type used in the preferred embodiment of the invention. In an assembly according to the invention, an electric machine has a wound rotor 1 and a stator 2. Compared to an electric machine with permanent magnets, the use of a wound stator limits energy losses when the machine electric is not used and it allows to obtain a significant torque by increasing the magnetic flux. This solution nevertheless requires its power under a large power. The excitation of the rotor is provided via a regulator 3, preferably of the chopper type. Indeed, a chopper-type regulator limits energy losses in an electronic power system. The power supply of the stator is provided via an inverter 4. The controller 3 and the inverter 4 are powered at least in part by an electrical storage means 5 having one or more capacitors. The storage means present in the invention a voltage when it is loaded on the order of 300 to 900 volts, which corresponds to a voltage range required for the high power supply of the electric machine in the preferred embodiment. of the invention, while limiting the current and to ensure a very fast start of a combustion engine in a conventional automotive application. In the variant of the invention shown here, the electrical architecture of the assembly further has a so-called low voltage battery 6, which has a nominal voltage between 12v and 36v. As part of an automotive application, a battery voltage of 12v is generally used. This battery 6 is preferably the battery used for powering the conventional electrical functions of a motor vehicle, that is to say, power the vehicle's onboard network. [0028] In the architecture shown here a DC / DC converter 7 allows the battery voltage to be raised for recharging the electrical storage means 5, and / or for powering the electric machine. The converter 7 also allows, in this variant, to lower the voltage to allow charging of the battery by the electric machine when it acts as alternator. In the variant of the invention shown here, and according to the current calls made by the regulator 3, the inverter 4, the converter 7, and according to the state of charge of the electrical storage means 5, it is possible to note the connection or isolation: • of the battery 6 and the electrical storage means 5, via the converter 7, for recharging the electrical storage means 5 (and possibly the discharge of the storage element in the battery under certain conditions); Of the battery 6 and of the electrical machine, via the converter 7 (and the regulator 3 and the inverter 4), for the supply of the electrical machine or the recharging of the battery • of the electrical storage means 5 and the electric machine, via the regulator 3 and the inverter 4, in order to allow the power supply of the electrical machine by the electrical storage means 5, or the support of the power supply of the electric machine by the battery 6, or recharging the electrical storage means 5 by the electric machine alternator. An architecture as developed in the invention typically allows, for an automotive application, to obtain an electrical power in the start phase of 70kW for at least 0.02s, or more. In this context, the electrical storage means may advantageously comprise capacitors of a generic type widely marketed, for example two capacitors of approximately 300v in series, having a total storage capacity for the two capacitors of the order of 3000 to 4000. joules. Figure 2 shows an electric machine of the type used in the preferred embodiment of the invention, in that it does not impact the length of the powertrain. The use of a wound stator 2 makes it possible to obtain a large torque for rotating the combustion engine, mounted on a combustion engine. The combustion engine on which is mounted the electric machine comprises a motor block B, a crankshaft V, and a flywheel (not shown). In the preferred embodiment of the invention as shown here, the electric machine is of the type comprising a stator 2 integral with a face of the engine block B located opposite the flywheel (not shown) and a rotor ( 1) integral with the flywheel, the electric machine being radially distant from the crankshaft V of the engine and disposed on either side of the bearing surface of the flywheel. According to this configuration, the electrical machine may be of the radial flux type (as shown in FIG. 2, which provides a compact architecture), or of the axial flow type (not shown). Through the use of a power architecture as described in the invention, such an electric machine is able to provide a large torque for the start or restart of the combustion engine, even as its size is restricted. A motor vehicle equipped with an assembly according to the invention is therefore able to start extremely quickly, which is important for example in the context of a stop function and automatic restart. In the context of an application to a hybrid thermal / electric vehicle, the transition from an electric traction mode to a thermal traction mode can be done almost instantaneously, and completely transparent to the user of the vehicle. Finally, the application of the invention in a standard automotive application can overcome the use of a conventional starter, it is completely replaced by the electric machine, thanks to the strong torque and the high level of energy it can deliver for starting the combustion engine.
