Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sortie de commande logique pour calculateur, présentant une faible tension de déchet. Le dispositif de sortie de commande logique pour calculateur selon l'invention, susceptible d'être intégré à un composant configuré de telle sorte que plusieurs dispositifs de sortie de commande logique commandent une même charge (CH), et comprenant un premier transistor (T1,T2), comporte par ailleurs un second transistor (T10,T20) monté tête-bêche par rapport au premier transistor (T1,T2), configuré pour assurer la fonction de diode de puissance, et associé à au moins deux diodes de faible puissance (D1,D2,D1',D2') et à au moins une résistance (R,R')visant à empêcher des mauvais fonctionnements du dispositif.
