Abstract

The package i.e. case (E), has a bracing bottom (5) raised with respect to a bottom of each of inner envelopes (3, 4) and an outer envelope (2). The bracing bottom or the outer envelope has guiding notches for guiding lateral battens (21, 22, 31, 32, 41, 42) of the envelopes. The battens include, at its bases, tabs inserted into the notches, where the tabs provide a guidance following a circular motion of the battens from a vertical closing position to an open position inclined with respect to vertical direction.

Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la fabrication d'emballages pour le conditionnement de bouteilles et de flacons, notamment en verre. L'invention s'applique préférentiellement aux emballages formés à partir de flancs cartonnés prédécoupés, pliés et mis en forme manuellement ou automatiquement pour réaliser un emballage. L'invention n'est toutefois pas limitée à ce type de matière et elle peut également s'appliquer aux emballages à base de papier, en encore de matière moulée. Dans le domaine susvisé, on connait essentiellement pour le conditionnement de produits en bouteilles et en flacons des étuis et emballages dits tubulaires, de section traditionnellement rectangulaire ou circulaire. Ces emballages comportent un corps tubulaire fermé à une première extrémité pour supporter une bouteille ou flacon introduite dans le corps tubulaire par une seconde extrémité de celui-ci, cette seconde extrémité pouvant elle être fermée par un couvercle amovible ou par un panneau de fermeture articulé sur le corps de l'étui. Ces emballages remplissent parfaitement leur fonction de conditionnement, notamment de protection contre les chocs. Cependant, ils ne permettent ni une présentation claire et avantageuse de la bouteille ou du flacon conditionné, ni un accès facile et rapide à celui-ci. En effet, lorsque ces étuis sont fermés on ne peut en général visualiser la bouteille ou le flacon contenu à l'intérieur et, pour sortir le produit de l'emballage il est nécessaire de passer la main par la seconde extrémité du corps tubulaire de l'étui qui traditionnellement est d'une section inférieure à la main elle-même, ce qui implique de saisir la bouteille par son goulot uniquement avec les doigts, avec les risques de glissement induits lors du retrait de la bouteille ou du flacon de son étui. Aussi le but de la présente invention est de procurer un emballage de type étui pour des bouteilles et/ou flacons qui rie souffre pas les inconvénients des étuis traditionnels tels que précédemment présentés. A cet effet, la présente invention propose un emballage de bouteille ou flacon comportant : au moins une enveloppe externe au moins une enveloppe interne au moins un fond de calage d'une bouteille ou un flacon à conditionner, chaque enveloppe comportant deux battants latéraux solidaires d'un panneau de fond plan et mobiles en rotation le long de deux lignes de pliage marquant deux côtés symétriques dudit panneau de fond, l'enveloppe interne étant logée dans l'enveloppe externe de telle sorte que son panneau de fond repose sur le panneau de fond de l'enveloppe externe, et que ses battants soient emboités dans ceux de l'enveloppe externe et mobiles en rotation relativement à ceux-ci, le fond de calage étant surélevé par rapport au fond de chacune des enveloppes externe et interne, et comportant une réservation destinée à aménager et recevoir un culot de bouteille de manière à caler et maintenir une dite bouteille en position verticale entre les battants de l'enveloppe interne, - le fond de calage comportant, formées dans deux parois verticales opposées et perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliages des battants, des encoches de guidage en rotation des battants des deux enveloppes, lesdits battants comportant à leurs bases des languettes insérées dans lesdites encoches de guidage et qui présentent une longueur adaptée pour former une butée de blocage angulaire des battants dans les encoches limitant le débattement angulaire des battants depuis une position verticale de fermeture de l'emballage jusqu'à une position d'ouverture inclinée par rapport à la verticale et dans laquelle il est possible de sortir la bouteille du fond de calage sans toucher les battants des enveloppes interne et externe.
